May 15 to ensure inclusion of name in promotional brochure

August 1 to ensure inclusion in the proceedings and signage      

 

Level of Sponsorship

(All booths have back and side wall draping, and if needed, electricity and chairs; all tables are clothed; inclusion of company/organization name in promo brochure and in proceedings with contact information if above deadlines are met)

Conference Underwriter, $1000:  Includes one booth, three conference registrations, identification in proceedings with logo and contact information, acknowledgment from the podium and listed as underwriter on conference signage.

Gold Sponsor, $500:  Includes one booth, two conference registrations, identification in proceedings with logo and contact information and listed as gold sponsor on conference signage.

Silver Sponsor, $330:  Includes one booth, one conference registration, identification in proceedings with contact information and listed as silver sponsor on conference signage.

Refreshment Sponsor, $200:  Includes identification in proceedings with contact information, signage at refreshment table and limited space on shared literature table to display printed materials (can be sent in advance for conference personnel to put out).

Literature Sponsor, $75:  Includes identification in proceedings with contact information and limited space on shared literature table to display printed materials (can be sent in advance for conference personnel to put out).
