Attend the April 10th WCBA Dinner Meeting at MJ Stevens
3PM - WCBA Board Meeting
A meeting of the WCBA board of directors will take place immediately prior to the dinner meeting. The board meeting will begin at 3:00 PM and end at or before 5:00 PM. This meeting is an "open" meeting, which means WCBA members are invited to attend, listen and provide their input at the end of the meeting. This is your association and your involvement is valuable and neccessary!
5PM - Networking "Meet-and-Greet" Cocktail Hour
Even if you don't attend the board meeting, please join your fellow-association members and enjoy compimentary beverages before dinner while you socialize with your industry peers.

6PM - Dinner is Served
Each dinner meeting provides an opportunity to sample a delicious dinner at one of our area's restaurants. Select your entree of choice when you register on-line. Your guests are welcome, too!
The April 10th dinner meeting will take place at MJ Stevens Restaurant in Hartford.
7:00PM - Featured Guest Speaker
Each dinner meeting features a guest speaker. These speacial guests provide informative talks on a variety of topics designed to educate, inform and enhance your business. In 2014, the WCBA dinner meeting committee has decided to broaden our topics format to include business marketing strategies.
On April 10th, we are proud to feature former WCBA Board Member, Lee Ann Neumann as our distinguished guest speaker. Lee Ann will present a seminar on various topics involving lending. Her topics will include:
- Construction Loans
- Remodeling Loans
- Renovation Loans
- Lines of Credit for new windows, doors, roofing, etc.
- Union Plus Loans for Union Tradesmen
Guest Speaker BIO:
Lee Ann's career has been spent largely in the Financial Services, with the past 15 years having been focused in the Mortgage Field. In that time she has held positions in sales management, marketing, and education. Lee Ann is well versed in varied types of mortgage loans, from FTHB to commercial real estate. Lee Ann has also designed, coordinated, recruited, and facilitated networking groups, realtor & builder events and educational seminars.
For the past 30+ years, Lee Ann has spent the majority of her carees serving in Washington and Ozaukee counties. She is known in the Washington County community as "evolving with the times".

Throughout 2014, each time a WCBA member attends a dinner meeting they are automatically entered to win a free booth for their company at the 2015 WCBA Expo in February of 2015. The more dinner meetings you attend, the better your chances of winning a free Expo booth at the 2015 Expo. The final drawing will be held at the annual holiday party in January which you must be present at to win.
