Adrenals & Thyroid: Answers to Fatigue & Weight Gain

Do you find yourself too tired to do the things you enjoy doing? Or even too worn out to keep up with day-to-day life? Are you struggling with excessive weight and you can’t seem to get rid of it? Do you have many of the classic symptoms of hypothyroidism, yet your labs say you are okay?

In this class, we will talk about the adrenals and thyroid and their link to fatigue, low energy, weight gain and inability to lose weight. I will describe how the adrenals and thyroid function, what causes them to perform at a sub-optimal level and how their reduced function affects your life and your waistline. I will explain how someone can have low thyroid function long before it shows up in standard lab test results.

I will give you some really good tips on what you can do to help your body reverse these problems, and thus increase your energy and drop that excess weight. Even if you are already on thyroid medications, there is still much that can be done to get your thyroid functioning properly again.

Attend this informative health class and learn what your adrenals and thyroid do, what causes them to dysfunction and what you can do about it.

This class will be presented live, in person at Vital Health. It will also be available to view via Zoom. Registration fee (either in person or via Zoom) is $15.
