New! Oysters On the half shell

Celebrate your cycling adventure with a memorable finale - an authentic Eastern Shore Oyster Roast - in a historic barn!

Sat., October 28, 6-9PM - Cherry Grove Farm, near Eastville

Oysters & clams plucked fresh from nearby waters, cooked under the stars, and served in a century old barn.  It's a communal feast, gathered around a long table as Shore watermen pour out the bay & sea delicacies to you and your new friends. Your oyster knife a-ready, you'll soon be releasing these delicacies to your tastebuds. Then dancing with the popular "Corn Funk Review" 

Party starts at 6 - Attendees will be allowed in no earlier than 5:45. 

NEW THIS YEAR: Oysters on the Half Shell Served for an hour of shucking fun! 

SEAFOOD STARTERS: In our cozy barn sample soups and the real deal crab dip.

Along with the above, savor steamed clams while they last, and a nightful of oysters. AND... Shore-good fried chicken & cole slaw, homemade dessert bar, and soft drinks. *

CASH BAR: Craft Beer & Local Award-winning Wine from Chatham Vineyards

IMPORTANT/FUN INFO

  • Seafood starters served at 6PM. Oysters/Clams start around 6:30PM. [Be late at your own risk-we have starving cyclists!]
  • Bring lawn chairs - limited seating
  • Bring oyster knives, some will be available
  • Working gloves to protect hands
  • NO REFUNDS at all. NO TRANSFERS after September 1 [We are a small, very small nonprofit - thanks for understanding.]
  • PLEASE NO COOLERS 
  • Dress for the weather, it is afterall a barn
  • Watch for Bambis on Savage Neck Road!
