Green Infrastructure Conference
Their training, knowledge and commitment to the environment make them the natural choice to lead this revolution. The NY Upstate Chapter has heard from many Members that while they believe in green infrastructure and the role Landscape Architecture should play in its implementation, they have not had many opportunities to practice this aspect of the profession, and do not feel adequately prepared to lead their communities toward green infrastructure solutions.
To equip as many Landscape Architects with the knowledge needed to become effective community leaders, the NY Upstate Chapter is presenting an in-depth 2-day Conference, with the intent at conclusion that those in attendance will have "No Excuse" when approaching green infrastructure.
To bring this level of information to as many people as possible, we are looking to our Sponsors and Vendors to help the NY Upstate Chapter make this Conference accessible and affordable for our Members.
We have planned an interesting, informative event with a focus on practical implementation tools and skills for attendees including extensive opportunities for attendees to visit with Vendors and opportunities for Sponsors to have information included in the green infrastructure "tool kit".
Cost for two day Conference:
$90 for ASLA Members
$150 for Non-Members

Continuing Education:
11CEU Credits will be provided , to receive the ceu credits attendees must attend both days - No partial credits will be issued. There is an additional cost to registration, $35 for ASLA Members and $70 for Non ASLA Members. NYS license number must be provided with registration. There will be an additional processing charge of $25 if license and payment are not received by June 6, 2013 at 5:00 pm.

On Campus Accommodations Wednesday Night = $57 per person
On Campus Accommodations Thursday Night = $57 per person
Accommodations are available in the Global Village sustainable residential community. Single rooms are in a suite configuration with lounge and kitchen. Linens will be provided (bath towels, wash cloth, sheets, blanket and pillow), toiletries not included.
