Presenter
Danielle Collins, PCC, NBC-HWC As a previous fundraiser and burnout survivor, Danielle Collins is pioneering a movement to create a culture of wellbeing where employees in the nonprofit world are cherished. She’s now a professional coach, helping people who are burning out to renew their passion.
Danielle has a long history as a nonprofit employee, where she managed fundraising campaigns and secured major gifts, as well as maintained her CFRE for ever a decade. After her third successful capital campaign, she burned out. Quite spectacularly.
After re-evaluating her career, Danielle earned her Professional Certified Coach credential from the International Coach Federation. Today, she uses a values-based approach to help her clients transform their lives.
While she originally hails from Virginia, Danielle has lived in California since 1994. (Little of her Southern accent remains but every now and then she will gleefully say “y’all.”) She earned an M.A. in Communication Studies from the University of Michigan, and today she and her husband live in Woodland with their wild dog, Boo.
