Please join us at our ASHRAE December Breakfast meeting as Michael T. Regan, Architect, NCARB, Ohio Master Plans Examiner, discusses the Ohio Board of Building Standards' definition of Industralized Units and how they are evaluated. 

Industrialized Units are defined as prefabricated components of construction manufactured off site, such as modules, panelized construction, and sectionals.  Examples of industralized units include prefabricated mechanical penthouses, modular offices, and spray booths.  This informative seminar will dive into the Code implications of these units and give you the opportunity to ask Michael your Code questions.
