Mr. Peckinpaugh provides technical, appropriations, and legislative drafting services to several clients and counsels many of the firm’s clients on campaign finance, lobbying, and governmental ethical issues. Finally, he is a previous chair of the firm’s public policy group and currently manages the K&L Gates Political Action Committee, one of the largest law firm PACs in the country.
