Thrombosis UK will be hosting an educational event open to patients and healthcare professionals:

'Identifying and plugging the gaps in the management of clots'

Starting at 10am at The Rocket, Holborn, London, the day will provide presentations on the care, prevention, management and treatment of thrombosis from leading clinical experts and first hand patient experience.
