Patient Day what to expect...... last year Lifeblood presented their first patient day, and it was an emotionally charged powerful day. We just knew we had to do it again! Now, as Thrombosis UK, we are as passionate as ever to present a day for patients and their loved ones. But don't just take it from us, here are some of the comments from last years event.

'It was so important to have the chance to hear other people's stories and experiences and have the chance to share my story with others who understand.'

'Being in the room with other people who 'get it' was very empowering'

'To laugh and cry with others who have had a similar experience, thank you we need more of these days.'
