Golden Seeds Boston Office Hours 

Thank you for your interest in attending an upcoming Golden Seeds Office Hours session. This event is limited to companies with a female entrepreneur in a senior management position.  Please note - Golden Seeds only invests in for-profit businesses; non-profit/philanthropic organizations will not be considered for funding by Golden Seeds, but you are still welcome to participate in a Boston Golden Seeds Office Hours session. Space is limited, so please register early.

Office Hours are unstructured discussions between Golden Seeds members and entrepreneurs.  This opportunity is particularly relevant for companies that are likely to seek funding in the next 12 to 24 months.  If you are considering applying for funding, we urge you to review our investment criteria

Attending an Office Hours session does not guarantee your company will be considered for funding by Golden Seeds. This is not a screening session and you are not pitching for funding.

If registration is full or closed please email bostonadmin@goldenseeds.com to be added to the waitlist. Please include the following information: name, company name, Twitter length description of your company and Office Hours date you are trying to attend. Waitlist requests without this information will not be considered.

An experienced Golden Seeds member will provide an overview about funding and the Golden Seeds process, which will then be followed by one-on-one sessions.

Golden Seeds Information Session 9:00am - 10:00am

Experienced angel investors will provide an overview of funding sources for early-stage companies, including what investors want to know and what entrepreneurs need to have ready when fundraising.

Golden Seeds Office Hours 10:15am - 12:30pm

Thirty-minute-long one-on-one sessions with experienced angel investors who will provide feedback on your business venture or answer questions about the angel investing process.

Legal Office Hours with Attorney from Nutter Law 10:15 - 12:30pm

You may also sign up for a complimentary 15-minute legal Office hHours session with an attorney from Nutter Law. If you are interested, please indicate at registration.

No-Show Policy

There is much demand for these sessions and space is limited. By submitting this registration form, you are committing to attend the session and we will reserve a spot for you.

It is important for entrepreneurs to cancel if they cannot attend their sessions.  Please remember that you are taking a time slot from another entrepreneur if you are a “no-show” at Office Hours. You will be considered a “no-show” if you do not cancel by 5pm the day before the session.

Logistics

Zoom information will be sent the week of Office Hours. You will receive your time slot the day of Office Hours.

Please plan to attend the full session, if your schedule changes and this may be an issue please reach out to us prior to the Office Hours session.
