WE LEAD Prepared from the School to the Central Office

This session is specifically for school level leaders who want to move to the central office.

LEAD Prepared is a stand-alone course that provides the nuts and bolts of the job search, acquisition, and negotiation process.

WE LEAD Prepared Learning Outcomes:

• Learn how to transition successfully to the next position starting with where you are currently working.

• Develop an understanding of the hiring process and employer, community, and stakeholder expectations.

• Evaluate the risks and benefits of leadership decisions, job opportunities, contract terms, and life transitions.
