Join us for an exciting seminar presented by Glen Lazovick of Mid-Atlantic FCU and Mark Simon from Village Settlements. You will walk away with the knowledge of: how to structure a winning offer, what are the pros/cons of buying a Short Sale or Bank Owned property and the answer to the common question of, I don't have 25% for a down payment can I still buy a home and what financing options are available and which option is right for me?
