Franciscan Health and YMCA at CityWay invite you to our city's newest teaching kitchen for food demonstrations and nutrition classes. Each course will emphasize the importance of healthy eating, as well as how to prepare a variety of better-for-you foods. Guests also will have an opportunity to sample creations.
