This educational activity has been submitted for approval of continuing nursing education hours to the NH Nurses Association’s Commission on Continuing Education, an accredited approver of Continuing Nursing Education, by the American Nurses Credentialing Center’s Commission on Accreditation. The activity has also been submitted to the NH Chapter, National Association of Social Workers for CEUs, and to the NH Board of Examiners for Nursing Home Administrators for educational hours.
This activity has been planned and implemented in accordance with the accreditation requirements and policies of the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education through the joint providership of Concord Hospital and the NHHPCO. The Concord Hospital is accredited by the NH Medical Society Council on Education to provide continuing medical education for physicians. The Concord Hospital Medical Education Program designates this live continuing medical education activity for a maximum of 5.5 credit hours in Category I TM credit towards the AMA Physician’s Recognition Award. Each physician should claim only those hours of credit that he/she actually spent in the educational activity.
