Join TAM in beautiful Ocean City, Maryland for our second annual Conference and Expo! This event, held at the spacious Roland E. Powell convention center, will feature a vendor showcase, RTAP training, hands-on technical demonstrations, informative general and breakout sessions, and great opportunities to network and exchange ideas. The Conference and Expo will run from Monday, September 26 through Thursday, September 29.

Each booth will come with curtains, table skirt, 6' table, chairs, electricity, and free wi-fi. Booth space will be allocated on a first-come-first-serve basis - space is limited, so register early. You will also be able to purchase additional full registrations for members of your organization during the registration process. You may register up to four booth helpers to assist the manning of your exhibit booth during the vendor showcase. There is no charge for them to come, but please indicate the names of the booth helpers during registration.
Cancellations/Changes/Refunds: If a request for cancellation or change resulting in a refund is received by September 2, 2016, fees will be refunded in full. After that date, fees are non-refundable. All refunds will be processed after the conference.
Numerous opportunities for sponsorship of Expo events are available to increase organizational exposure and capture additional revenue. Exhibitors sponsoring at the Platinum, Gold, Silver, and Bronze levels will also receive a FY 17 TAM membership, exhibit booth, and full conference registration (and more!). The Conference and Expo hotel will be the Holiday Inn Hotel & Suites, located at 1701 Atlantic Avenue, Ocean City, MD, 21842. This oceanfront hotel’s all-suite property is conveniently situated on the Boardwalk, bringing guests directly to the beach while still near local businesses. TAM has secured a special group discout rate for the conference & expo of $104 per night from Sunday night, September 25 through Friday morning, September 30.

TAM has secured a special group discount rate of $84 per night from Sunday night, September 25 through Friday morning, September 30.
