Painting the Essence of the Sea Workshop with Karen Blackwood

This is a plein air and studio workshop with the first day starting in the studio, then a day of plein air (depending on weather), and the final day back in the studio. Karen will demonstrate daily and will discuss use of the armature of the rectangle, a compositional device, use of the limited palette and pre-value study to work out paintings.
