Robert O'Loughlin is a member of the firm's intellectual property team. Bob approaches his practice with a focus on collaborating with clients to navigate intellectual property opportunities and risks in light of his clients' objectives regarding innovation, commercialization and competition. Bob has experience in the computer software/engineering arts, electrical arts, and mechanical arts, with particular emphasis on Artificial Intelligence and subject matter eligibility under Section 101 and the Alice progeny of cases.
