The EPA Region 4 and the Southeast Chapter of the International Erosion Control Association (IECA) are hosting their third annual Municipal Wet Weather Stormwater Conference. The event will be held at the Holiday Inn Nashville Airport on May 16-18, 2016.

As the Center for Watershed Protection Executive Director, Hye Yeong’s responsibilities include organizational management, fund-raising, and program development. Hye Yeong joined the Center in 1996 and combines her education and training to help lead the Center toward a multi-disciplinary strategy to protect and restore watersheds throughout the country. Her project experience has included a wide range of subjects, including environmentally sensitive site design, watershed planning, and consensus building. Hye Yeong has a B.S. in Biology, an M.S. in Management, and an MBA. Hye Yeong lives in Ellicott City, Maryland with partner Craig and children Cassie, Isa, and Rye. She enjoys the sun, fishing, eating good food, and good company.
Sean is an Environmental Engineer and an Enforcement Officer in EPA Region 4’s NPDES Permitting and Enforcement Branch in Atlanta, GA. He graduated from the University of Georgia with a B.S. in Biological Engineering, a B.S. in Environmental Health Science, and a M.S. in Environmental Engineering.
Andy Reese is a Vice President at AMEC Foster Wheeler. He is a PE and LEED certified and has degrees from Cornell University, Boston University and Colorado State. He is a noted expert in Green Infrastructure and stormwater management and has worked in all 50 states in a wide variety of areas. He coauthored the best-selling textbook Municipal Stormwater Management and has been a popular speaker and writer on the subject.
