Spring Yoga Class

This one-hour group yoga session consists of mindful and intelligent movements that strengthen and lengthen the body. Focusing on the breath, while gently building strength and safely opening the body, our intention is to feel more connected and move more freely throughout our days. This is the mind, body and spirit connection where small efforts can yield profound results. Poetry, reflection questions and universal wisdom may be incorporated.

If you have a physical or medical condition, you should consult with your healthcare provider before participating in this class.

Certified to teach yoga since 2010, it is her hope that through alignment, balance and listening, our practice helps us become more at home with ourselves and one another. Victoria also holds a certificate in spiritual direction, works as a personal trainer and enjoys offering wellness retreats in the community. In 2022, she completed a certificate in plant-based nutrition and is fascinated by food’s ability to support healing in the mind and body. She deeply loves long walks in nature, biking, quiet time reading and spending time with her family and friends.
