Ginny’s knowledge and passion for helping clients achieve success defines the mission of her company. Ginny holds a master’s in nursing administration with minors in Business and Health Services. She worked as an administrator in Public Health, Home Health, Hospice, and Private Duty home care for the last 27 years.
Ginny has a strong background in operations and program development through her experience with the visiting nurse services, national home health companies, and working with investors in startup companies. Ginny is also a nationally published home health author and speaker.

Shelly holds a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from Bowling Green State University and a Master’s in Business and Administration from the University of Northwest Ohio. She studied at the RJ Turnball School of Enterostomal Therapy where she became an ET nurse who is certified in wound care. She later became a licensed massage therapist after completing coursework at the Dayton School of Medical Massage.
Shelly has 28 years in the hospice and home health industry ranging from clinical hands on care to senior management of an agency of 10 home health/ hospice branches, 2 adult day facilities, 2 inpatient hospice centers, and private duty out of all branches/ sub-units. Functioning as Vice President of Operations, Shelly functioned as the highest clinical administrator of the agency.
