This three hour workshop will be an exploration of how art therapy assists in facilitating attunement in the therapeutic relationship with clients who have avoidant type attachment styles.
Participants will be able to identify/assess the avoidant client and then incorporate the creative process, mindfulness, and neuroscience theories into the therapeutic alliance to facilitate the client’s self-awareness of their attachment style and attunement with the therapist. |
