Building a Compliant First Aid Program

The California Code of Regulations, Title 8, Section 3400 requires Californian employers to "ensure the ready availability of medical personnel" ...or employees who are "adequately trained to render first aid."

Do you know what is required by law? Do you know what is necssary for your particular workplace environment? Do you know what to include in your first aid kits to adequately address injures that may occur at your worksite?

This meeting of the sacramento Regional Safey Forum will address these and many other questions. This is not a first aid class, but a review of a functioning and compliant First Aid Program.
