Acceptance and Commitment Therapy Introductory Workshop
This one-day introductory workshop is designed to introduce the therapeutic approach of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy in an interactive and practical format. ACT is a method for changing behavior by increasing psychological flexibility by building larger patterns of values-based behavior.
