Combination of Basketball speed, ball handling and offensive skills training. This is a fast paced camp that includes speed work, ball handling skills, offensive footwork, and moves to the basket. Shooting will include lay-up and attacking the basket, however this is not a shooting camp! Athletes will Make significant gains over the summer! There is little to no head to head competition. This is an individual skills camp. Therefore ALL athletes will benefit from beginners to very skilled athletes.
