Free sample session of Volleyball/Basketball specific Athletic Dev./Strength and Conditioning 

This is a free sample session of this summer's volleyball and basketball specific Athletic Development and Performance Training at Sunshine Park and Andover Community Center.  

About The summer program:  

Athletic Development Ages 8-10 Monday Nights from 6-00pm-7:00pm Starting June 13th and Ending August 8th . (no training week of 4th of July)  Cost will be $115 

Performance Training Ages 11-13 Tuesdays and Thursdays from 6:00pm-7:00pm Starting June 14th and ending August 11th. $225 

There is no obligation by attending this free session, we simply want to showcase everything our programs have to offer. 

However, we ask that you sign a waiver through pre-registration!  (Again there is no obligation, contract, or credit card needed to sign up for this free session)

FREE ATHLETIC DEVELOPMENT SESSION (Boys and Girls AGES 8-10)  MAY 15TH, 6-7 PM

Athletic Development Session for ages 8-10   Through fun explorative play and drills we provide a rich environment for forming fitness and athletic skills. Children and parents will see appreciative improvements in hand-eye coordination and agility and movements such as running shuffling, striking (hitting) kicking, pulling, pushing etc, as well as improvements in team and group play. Parents often comment about the gains their children have made in confidence after being involved in Vantage athletic development training camps and programs. Sessions are fun and fast pace!  THIS CAMP IS CONSIDERED A VOLLEYBALL/BASKETBALL SPECIFIC CAMP  ONLY becuse its  emphasis on multi-directional speed and and jump instruction.   ATHLETES FROM ANY SPORT MAY ENROLL!

EXPECT A FUN AND FAST PACED SESSION OF GAMES AND EXERCISES THAT WILL KEEP THE ATHLETES INTERESTED AND MOVING


FREE PERFORMANCE TRAINING SESSION (Girls and Boys AGES 11-13) MAY 15TH 7-8 PM

Performance Training is for ages 11-13,  This performance camp is specific to the strength and conditioning needs of Volleyball and Basketball players. Camp includes warm up and injury prevention, speed and jump training (we use Vertimax equipment) strength, and conditioning.  Training is age appropriate and fun, but it is also a rigorous program with the intent of achieving significant gains in performance.  We ask that the athletes are prepared to work hard in this challenging program!  THIS CAMP IS CONSIDERED A VOLLEYBALL/BASKETBALL SPECIFIC CAMP ONLY becuase of its emphasis in multi-directional speed  and jump training.  ATHLETES FROM ANY SPORT MAY ENROLL!

EXPECT A FUN AND FAST PACED SESSION WITH AGE APPROPRIATE, BUT CHALLENGING WORK!
