Come join Sifu Mark Rasmus for a 5 day retreat. This intensive retreat will focus on deeper aspects of Marks Elastic Force program and is a must for any serious internal arts practitioner.

The first three days will be focused on deepening your understanding and use of the Elastic Force Material, & serve as an introduction to the meditative aspects of Mark's Training. The last two days will shift the focus to include specific push hands training methods.
