PowerUp is a community-wide youth health initiative to make better eating and active living easy, fun and popular, so that our youth can reach their full potential. PowerUp is a long-term commitment to create change over 10 years in partnership with schools, businesses, healthcare, civic groups, families, kids and the entire community.
Come and learn how PowerUP has started and sustained successful commmunity collaborations in multiple HealthPartner communities located in Minnesota and Wisconsin.
The goals of the Community Health Forums are:
1) To bring a diverse group of community members and partners together for cross sharing (including success stories from our community) and networking.
2) To provide the space to learn and discuss broad community health topics to move the community into action.
