Through dynamic educational experiences BorderLinks connects divided communities, raises awareness about the impacts of border and immigration policies, and inspires action for social transformation.
The Border History workshop digs into the history of the U.S.-Mexico political border and the region now known as the borderlands. We will discuss the political, social, and economic dynamics affecting border communities, immigration trends, and the relationship between the two nations.
The Food and Migration workshop explores the economic and social connections between our food system (agriculture, transportation, processing, labor, etc.) and migration to the U.S.
ScholarshipsA-Z works to provide resources and scholarships to students, families and educators through online and community interactions, in order to make higher education accessible to all regardless of immigration status.
