Crossing Summer Camp 2014 

Don't miss out on this awesome week of camp this year!  We're having our high school praise band come to lead worship. We'll spend the week with Keith Smith who will be speaking on how not to only survive middle school, but to be an overcomer.

This will be the best week of your whole summer! You will either be on the Orange Lakota Tribe or the Yellow Apache Tribe.

We are excited to announce that we are hosting our own camp this year at Myrtle Beach Christian Retreat.  We had a great turn-out last year and are expecting an even better one this year!  We will be leaving Triad Baptist at 1:00 PM on Monday, August 4th , and returning on Friday, August 8th at 6:00 PM.  Please try to be here about 20-25 minutes early so that we can pack up and head out on time and make sure all paper work is in. If you pay the non-refundable deposit by June 15th, the cost will be $280.00. If you pay the non-refundable deposit after June 15th, the cost will be $295.00.

We have a payment plan for those who find it easier to pay for things as you go. Your first payment (which is the deposit) will be $75.00, and then you pay $102.50 for June, and $102.50 for July. If you would like more info about the payment plan, send Mr. Keith an email at keith.smith@tbcnow.org. Money raised from fundraisers will be deducted from final payment.

Important Dates:

• June 15th: Deposit of $75.00.                                                                    
• June:  2nd payment of $102.50.
• July 6th: Last day to sign up for camp.
• July 6th: Parent and Leaders camp meeting in the youth room, 6:45 PM.  A copy of heath insurance card and all forms are due.
• July 27th: Total Balance is due at the parent meeting.
