Graduate Tacoma Advocacy Day 

We are pleased to invite you to Graduate Tacoma Advocacy Day at the Washington State Capitol in Olympia. Join community partners, educators, parents, and allies as we advocate for state policy changes that ensure Tacoma students have the opportunity to reach their full potential, from cradle to career.

We will meet with legislators and increase awareness about our collective action successes and policies that:

• Make lasting investments in quality early learning opportunities for more children
• Fulfill our duty to meet the needs of students receiving special education services
• Ensure a safe and quality learning environment for all Tacoma students

No previous advocacy experience is necessary to be a part of this special day of action. Advocates will attend meetings in groups with trained leaders. We hope that you will join us for this all-day event.
