Managing Subconscious Biases

Virtual Interactive Program


A number of organisations are cancelling in person development programs and events in response to the current global Covid-19 outbreak. In order to support organisations to continue developing and motivating their people, we are organising online webinars on managing subconscious biases which focus on raising awareness and developing initial skills and techniques to manage the biases that impact the workplace the most.

Delivery Platform: Zoom - you will receive the link after registration and payment.

Webinar Duration: 90 minutes per session.

Each session will be run by Dr. Zsuzsanna Tungli, Managing Partner of Developing Globl Leaders Asia and author of 'The Culture Key'. The maximum number of participants is 12 and seats will be allocated on a first-come first-served basis. 

 

Session Fee
SGD 145 per session. This includes a pdf of the session presentation.

Session content

Subconscious behaviour, thoughts and biases penetrate all areas and aspects of our lives, including the workplace. The session will explore:

  1. The types of subconscious biases, focusing on cognitive as well as demographic biases
  2. Sharing every-day work examples
  3. Best practices for individuals and organisations for raising awareness of different biases
  4. Practical, actionable solutions for overcoming these biases and creating truly inclusive organisations

Cancellation Policy


For cancellations made one week before the event - 100% reimbursement
For cancellations made less than a week before the event - no reimbursement
Participants may nominate another individual to take their seat at any time.
