Presented by: Mark D. Munson, CELA
When long-term care insurance is not an option for reason of being uninsurable or cost prohibitive, proactive legal planning can be used to protect assets from exorbitant uninsured long-term care nursing home costs. Attendees will learn basic rules and concepts regarding proactive Medicaid planning.
This program offers one hour of CE for KS & MO insurance, legal, accounting, CFP and PACE (pending approvals).
