Personal Advisory Groups (PAGs) are an unrivaled opportunity to share with, confide in, and learn from a group of like-minded peers with one important trait in common:  a deep connection to a business family.

If  you’ve ever wished you had your own personal Board of Advisors, now you can, by joining one of CAFE's PAGs – teams of 8 to 12 members from non-competing family business companies who meet regularly to share experiences, ideas and information, in absolute confidentiality.  Rated one of the most valuable CAFE experiences, PAGs typically meet once every four to six weeks, with a longer and more in-depth "retreat" scheduled once a year.  The PAG concept allows all members of families in business to draw on the experiences and insights of others to improve and enrich their personal, professional and family lives.  An ideal forum for business and personal success, PAGs offer you direct access to the most relevant expertise available to you today – from other business family members.  Draw from the experience of your peers.   Share triumphs and failures, gain insight, grow with the business and within yourself!

• Session is 2 ½ hours, facilitated by an experienced moderator, coach and CAFE Trained Family Council Facilitator.
• The group has an open-door policy to any existing CAFE SWO Gold family business members and CAFE SWO Silver family business members who are welcome to attend as little as one (1) or as many as six (6) sessions.  
• At any point decide to apply for the full PAG experience with an existing or new group.**
• Non-member family business individuals may attend one session.
• The group may include multiple family members from the same business and competing businesses.
• Veteran PAG participants will attend to enhance the experience.

**Full PAG experience is available for family business members with a full chapter membership (not Silver or Affiliate).  The full PAG experience has a one-time PAG initiation fee for each individual.

Session begins promptly at:  4:00 pm and ends at 6:30 pm

• CAFE Silver Family Business Member - no fee

• Non-Member, Family Business - $25.00 + HST
