GFWC 2020 VOLUNTEER SIGN UP FORM 

GFWC Georgia is honored to be hosting the GFWC 2020 Convention in Atlanta. If you are attending the International Convention, we hope you will consider volunteering with us.  Even if you are not planning to attend convention, we still need your help.  We need at least 80-100 volunteers to help us on various days and times throughout the week.  Please sign up to volunteer and let's represent GFWC Georgia with excellence!!

Volunteers who attend Business Sessions, Tours and Meals must be registered for the convention. If you are only volunteering ONE day, then you can register at the discounted one day rate.  If you are volunteering to be a State Night Hostess ONLY, then you will not have to pay a registration fee.

We need the following volunteers:

Tours - At least 2 to assist with each tour departure, 4 for the buses and at least 6 to stuff the tour tote bags.

Table Hostesses - For State Night we need 80 volunteers, and for the other meals, all of us that are there will serve as the table hostess and also help the districts with the putting up and taking down of decor.

Districts that host an event will supply at least 6 of their own district volunteers.
