Michael Pollan, author of In Defense of Food and The Omnivore's Dilemma, is coming to the Oriental Theater on Monday, April 29th at 7:30 pm to discuss his new book, Cooked: A Natural History of Transformation.
Following the event, Slow Food WiSE will be hosting a social at The Hotel Foster where you can test out their new spring drink menu while socializing about the Michael Pollan book talk.
