If you are not so much of an early bird, we have a solution for you this summer! Join us for a Thursday-ONLY 7am class at the Westwood High Multipurpose Field. We will work out your entire body with weights, body weight moves, and of course, intense cardio drills. We must have a minimum of eight participants to run this program.
Please bring a mat, weights, and water. It is recommended that you eat something light before working out with us.
