Terms and Conditions 

Through the submission of this electronic form, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions:

• It is agreed that the exhibitor will abide by the terms and conditions below as well as those of the venue
• It is agreed that the NJTEEA and their agents are not accountable for damage, theft, fire, water liabilities or loss to any person or property, by any reason of the exhibitor’s operations in connection with the Annual STEM Expo.
• Full payment must be received by March 1, 2014 to be included in the exhibitor/sponsor listings. We cannot guarantee that your name and/or logo will included in printed material if your registration is received after this date.
• There will be no refunds after March 1, 2014
• Subletting or division of booth space is not permitted
• Additional tables, displays, telephone service, AV equipment rental, electrical services may be provided at the order and expense of the exhibitor
• The exhibitor will keep its booth fully set up, staffed and operational through the show hours.
• The exhibitor will remove all property, garbage, boxes, etc. from the booth at the conclusion of the Expo.
