This seminar assists the small business owner in determining the best legal structure for their business. Jai H. Kim of Kring & Chung, Attorneys LLP presents this workshop. Mr. Kim joined the Irvine, CA office of Kring & Chung in March 2016 where he practices in the areas of civil litigation, business transactions, estate planning, tax law and bankruptcy. Prior to joining Kring & Chung, Mr. Kim worked as an international tax consultant for Grant Thornton LLP and as a solo-practitioner. Most recently, Mr. Kim served as an in-house counsel for the largest retail wireless licensee of MetroPCS� in the Southern California market.
