Creating a Bully-Free Workplace

 

This seminar will provide in-depth knowledge about:

• Progression of problematic behavior.

• Patterns, forms, and consequences of bullying at the workplace.

• Strategies for creating a workplace free of bullying and abuse. 


Speakers: Ashlee N. Cherry and Sarju A. Naran

Ashlee N. Cherry is an attorney at Hoge and Stenton Attorneys. She represents clients with employment law needs ranging from wage and hour disputes and wrongful termination to disability and leave matters. Ashleen is also experienced in litigating and resolving disputes. She is a board member of the Santa Clara County Employer Advisory Council (EAC). 

Sarju A. Naran is a shareholder of Hoge and Fenton Attorneys. He is a zealous advocate for his clients, and approaches litigation with strategic creativity. Chair of the Employment Law Group, Sarju’s experience spans from representing middle-market and family-owned businesses to large multi-national companies. He regularly litigates and provides advice and counsel to companies on: wage and hour issues, trade secret misappropriation, employee mobility, wrongful termination, performance management, leaves of absence, and other high risk matters.
