Jack Alan Kliger was diagnosed with Canavan Disease when he was nine months old. Jack was given a life expectancy of three to five years. Jack passed away just shy of his 14th birthday. We are thankful for our friends, family and colleagues who have helped us raise $693,156 over the last nine years. It honors not only Jack's life, but bolsters NTSAD's programs that allow families and adults to live fuller lives knowing they are not alone. They connect through an Annual Family Conference, and a supportive peer network, and have access to the latest news and resources in research, advocacy and carrier screening.

Your support of this year's outing will help NTSAD with their goal to eradicate Canavan, Tay Sachs and similar diseases and also to help the children affected by these diseases, and their families cope with the pain and suffering associated with these diseases.
