Trade Show Vendor Pricing Details & Information:

CRA's Annual Trade Show is back. The trade show is designed to provide an educational exhibit of the equipment and materials used in the roofing and associated industries; to provide a platform in Colorado for exhibitors to meet with customers and potential customers on a one-on-one basis; to distribute information on new products and services; and to provide the opportunity for attendees to compare existing products and services.

With our continued success at the The Denver Mart, this location has become our new home for the trade show. It offers a central location just north of I-25 and I-70 at 451 E. 58th Avenue in Denver, CO. The show is held in the Plaza building located on the northeast corner of the Mart complex and has ample parking for exhibitors and attendees. The location will offer us room to grow and the tiered levels in the room give the show a more open feel.

A complimentary lunch will continue to be served to everyone who exhibits and attends.

*A double is two 8' tables. The purchase of a double space will be required if you plan on using a floor display. Space for this type of display is limited and reservations will be accepted on a first-come first-serve basis.

SPONSORSHIP & UPGRADES AVAILABLE: 

"Table by the Bar" Premium Upgrade: $250 

For a premium table upgrade fee, you can be assigned to a table by one of the bars. The cost is $250 in addition to the regular member or non-member table fee. Only 2 tables (sold first-come, first-served). 

 

Entrance Bag Sponsor: $400 

The entrance bag sponsorship is geared for a company that wants high visibility and ensures that your company's name stands out not only at the time of the Trade Show but also long after the event. 

Lanyard Sponsor: $400 

Badges are required for entrance to the show, so your name will be "front and center" on attendee and vendor credentials throughtout the show. 

 

Stadium Cup Sponsor: $400 

Sponsor a 16oz plastic stadium beer/soda cup imprinted with your logo for each of our bars (minimum 250). 

  

Morning Seminar Sponsor: $500 

An exclusive sponsorship where you will be the presenting sponsor of our morning seminar.

Buffet Lunch Sponsor: $500 

 Consider sponsoring the buffet lunch for both attendees and vendors. This sponsorship offers great recognition including signage at the lunch buffet area.

Register Now!Show Cancellation Policy. A 50% refund will be issued on all written cancellations received on or before December 23, 2016.  There will be no refunds for cancellations made on or after December 24, 2016.

** There are no refunds for outdoor space in the event of inclement weather on 1-26-17.
