Generation Z is making its entrance into the labor market, and many employers are now challenged with managing five distinct generations at work.  Misunderstandings and conflicts often emerge as generation gaps affect communication and productivity.  In this session we will identify the different generations and highlight each one’s unique values, ideas and expectations about work.
