Adult Skills Clinic 

FORMAT: Team or Advanced/Intermediate Individauls

Want to brush up on your volleyball skills or learn new ones? Join us for two hours of fun: getting coached by experienced/highly trained coaches, getting great excersise, improving team or individual skills, scrimmaging, and meeting new volleyballers around the Twin Cities area.

What you need to know:

Open to all advanced/intermediate adults (that know what a 6-2 or 5-1 rotation is and know how to run it effectively) and any team that wants to practice together on any particular skill.

Cost is $20 per person (no membership fee).

Receive a free NCR t-shirt just for participating.

Each Skills Clinic will focus on ball handling fundamentals (passing, defense, serve receive, and setting) along with a skill of your choice.
