12^th Annual MultiFaith Banquet – Youth Activity:

GOT CONFLICTS? GET COMPASSIONATE! A 2-HR. WORKSHOP FOR YOUTH

• Learn 12 Steps to deal with difficult people (even your family or friends).
• Improve  communication and coping skills when dealing with tough situations like bullying and peer pressure.
• Share your talents and life experiences with other youth who are coming together to understand the power of compassion in their own lives, and to help Greater Toledo and NW Ohio become a  “Compassionate Community”.

• Attendance at the workshop qualifies you for a greatly reduced price to attend the MultiFaith Banquet at special youth discussion tables.  If you choose to attend, you MUST register separately and pay the $5 in advance.
  

(The Moderators  of the workshop are targeting High School-Age youth, and will also consider Middle School-Age youth, if recommended.   This Workshop For Youth will be moderated by adults involved with youth in our MultiFaith Community, and will be based on the pioneering work and book by Karen Armstrong: “Twelve Steps to a Compassionate Life”.)
