Advanced Constitutional Facial Acupuncture Denver 2020

This 4-day certification series presents the "core" facial acupuncture treatment protocols of the Somatic level of The Wakefield Technique, utilizing 2 different acu-muscle facial needling techniques that are highly effective, supported by a wealth of constitutional treatment protocols, and a topical herbal protocol that will enhance the results of the facial needling.

Why should I attend this event?  You will receive a certification in Advanced Constitutional Facial Acupuncture™.  Participation in a seminar given by a recognized master teacher is required by the AAC for you to receive coverage for facial acupuncture at no additional cost.

The certification series is comprised of the following two modules:

• Foundations of Constitutional Facial Acupuncture Renewal, 20-21 March (DH)
  
• Advanced Constitutional Facial Acupuncture Renewal, 22-23 March (MEW)
  

Module 1: participants will learn the following:

• A safe, painless, minimally invasive approach to facial acupuncture
• Benefits/contraindications
• Lavier’s gentle facial acu-muscle techniques
• An introduction to facial motor points (for sagging neck, jowls)
• Eight Extraordinary meridians
• A full topical Chinese herbal protocol

Module 2: participants will learn the following:

• The energetics of the face
• Functions and treatment of 21 facial motor points
• 5 Element pathology and constitutional needling protocols
• Japanese scar therapy
• A full topical Chinese herbal protocol
• Plus new advanced techniques (TBA)!!
  

The Instructor(s) will demonstrate the protocols, and participants will give and receive treatments under supervision.  Please note:  These treatments are very comprehensive and, in addition to offering highly effective Facial Renewal approaches, can be used in the treatment of Bell's palsy, TMJ, stroke and postoperative neuropathies, etc.
