How it Works:

 1. CONVENIENT ONLINE CLASSES

Before attending the Quick Start Innovation Training you use your private Innovation Engineering Labs portal to complete 32 short digital classes on the fundamentals of how to create, communicate and commercialize meaningfully unique solutions to your challenges. 

 

2. PRACTICAL "HANDS ON" CLASSES

The first two days of the three day Quick Start innovation training makes the digital learning real. Hands on and interactive experiences cover the content of the Innovation Engineering Fundamentals course taught on university campuses in a way that is relevant to your work.     

3. APPLICATION TO YOUR WORK

The third day of this innovation training applies the new mindset, systems and tools to your challenges. You define your challenge, apply your new tools to think deeper, create solutions, define them and get qualitative and quantitative feedback on your ideas to make them smarter - very fast. 

4. LIVING IT TO CERTIFICATION

During the 60 days following the program, complete your coursework and real world application project to acheive your Innovation Engineering Blue Belt Certification by connecting to your classmates and instructors by using advanced creative, collaboration, and project management tools.
