We'll then break into discussion groups for a mini Unconference of our own. Invite your administrators to share this learning experience with you.

CECA and CASL are Connecticut State Department of Education Authorized CEU Providers. The Boards of Directors have established the following guidelines for issuing CEUs at the Conference.

During Online Registration

    Request CEUs using the online Registration form.
    Provide all required CEU information if not previously registered with CASL.

At the Conference

    Sign in by 2:00 p.m.
    Attend the full workshop.

After the Conference

    Complete the online Pre-Conference Evaluation Form by November 9, 2012. 

No CEUs may be granted for partial attendance.

CEUs will be issued through ProTraxx. You may request a paper certificate during online registration.

    Check: Mail to CECA, PO Box 31, Bethlehem, CT 06751. Include registrant name(s) on the check.
    Purchase Order: Fax authorized Purchase Order to 866.923.2287. Include registrant name(s) on PO.

Payment Deadlines: Purchase Orders or payments by Check or Credit Card must be received by:

    October 19, 2012.

Walk-In Registration Payments

    Credit Card payments may be made at onsite Registration.
    Purchase Orders may be faxed to 866.923.2287 until October 27, 2012.
    Mail-in payments must be sent prior to October 24, 2012.
    Purchase Orders or Checks for Walk-In Registration may be brought to onsite Registration.

All Purchase Orders must be PAID IN FULL by November 15, 2012.

Refunds

Requests for refunds must be postmarked, faxed, or emailed to the Registrar before October 19, 2012. The Pre-Conference Fee minus a $25 processing fee will be returned to the person or institution making payment.
