   5:00 pm – 6:30 pm  Table Top Exhibits Open and Reception

   6:30 pm                    Banquet and Awards Ceremony

   10:30 – 11:00 am             Break – Extra time to check out of your room. 

   11:00 am – Noon             Servicing a Commercial Softener Valve
                                                         presented by Dave Smith, Pentair                                         

    Noon                              Program Concludes

 12:30 pm – 3:30 pm         WQA Certification Exam  (pre-registration with WQA is required for exams)

        *Seminars will offer continuing education credits for State of Wisconsin and WQA certification.
