CHFA’s Housing Credit Summit is a unique opportunity for Colorado’s Low Income Housing Tax Credit developers and affordable housing stakeholders to share ideas and network with local and national investors. Michael Novogradac will again provide the keynote presentation during the lunch portion of our conference. 2017 marks the 30th anniversary of the first LIHTC project being initiated, and the Housing Credit Summit will revisit the progress we have made, while also addressing the future of the LIHTC program
All members of the affordable housing community are encouraged to attend this event, which will provide forums for dialogue and brainstorming about LIHTC policies and national housing issues.
